Collection Revealing

          Our collection totally says something about our lives. We have some iphone cases in our cluttered collection. This shows we have a technology lifestyle. The collection also shows that our intersts are so different. We have cleaning supplys to little toys. It also shows that we believe in all different sort of objects on earth. Nail polish and mascara or perfume show we believe in making our selfs different. Here is a view of part our collection:





        Portia Munson had a blue collection just like us. Hers was a pool reflecting collection. It looks liketo the right of hers is the darker blue and the left is a lighter blue. Where as our collection is just different shades of blue all over the place. Here is her blue, pool reflecting collection:

          Cluttering could be like collecting. If an organized person has a collection, their collection would be nice and neat. It would probably look like this:

If someone's who is not so organized with a collection, theirs would be a messy collection. They would have a cluttered collection. It would probably look something like this:

Compare and Contrast!

               I drew a candy jar drawing and a bicycle drawing. Out of the two, I prefer the candy jar drawing. To me, it was easier and more fun. It even looked more fun. The bicycle drawing was all pencil so it was just a black and gray. That black and gray effect is nice but its not my favorite with my drawings. I like having color. It makes everything pop out and look all crazy. Both of my drawings are on decorative paper. I feel a little of regret of using the decorative paper for my bicycle drawing.

My Candy Jar Drawing!

I love candy! Drawing candy is fun. It was very difficult to get the jar to look like glass. Glass usually makes the objects inside look dis-formed. It was hard to make the drawing look like this. For the candy that was on the table, I had to draw the reflection from the light. Also, it was difficult to draw the lid of the candy jar. After all te hard work, this drawing is my favorite of the two drawings, the bike and this one. 

My Bicycle Drawing!

                                                                 

When I was told I was doing a bike drawing, i thought it was going to be awful. I learned that composition is something hard to draw but it has to be right to have a nice drawing. Having value is hard because shading things so differently makes your drawing seem likes its not right until your done and you take a step back and just look at it. I was suprised that i could actually draw the bike! I drew the bike the angle I saw it and didnt change that. There are some changes I wish i had. The shading was the most difficult part for me. I could not get it right! In some areas I pressed too hard so it looks very shiny but it shouldnt. But I completed the drawing and its not so bad, which i am happy about.
